Screening
Screening has been the number one reason that I've managed to remain safe in this industry. The mainstream media stigmatizes sex work in a way that makes people feel anger, hostility and shame towards sex workers. Even though it is legal for me to advertise as a sex worker here in Canada, the legal system makes it impossible for us to seek justice when a criminal act is committed against us. If I am raped, robbed or worse... I cannot just call the police and open an investigation. As a result, companions like me have no choice but to take matters regarding our safety into our own hands. Until there is a foolproof way of keeping myself safe without screening, this will remain my method of security. I understand that I may lose potential clients and I'm okay with that because I won't risk seeing anyone that does not hold my safety and peace of mind as a priority.
I get it, you're a safe guy and wouldn't hurt a fly but how exactly can you prove that to me beyond words? Until we meet in person you are a stranger to me. Would you trust a complete stranger with your life? If the answer is yes then already we are not compatible.
The purpose of screening is not to punish you or find out all your personal details for some nefarious reason. I simply want to make a fair trade with you. You verify that you are exactly who you say you are as a sign of good faith that you do not mean me any harm, and in exchange, I will feel comfortable enough to meet you all alone at my place for the first time and trust that you will not harm me in any way!
I know, this all sounds crazy but I believe this is more than fair! The form you fill out is connected to my secure and encrypted email address and I will only view from within my secure VPN. This ensures that there will never be any accidental data leaks and your information is safe at all times. Once you prove that you make me feel safe in person, all of your details will be permanently destroyed!
Deposit
For the majority of my career, I never required a deposit in order to book me. For the most part I'd get bookings, they'd show up and that was the end of it. However cancellations and no shows have become far more prevalent and I can no longer endure the constant losses from timewasters, trolls and those who just don't care if they waste my time and effort because they don't respect my profession as a legitimate business. Cancellations cause me to miss out on other bookings I could have made with more serious and committed clients. I lose time, money, energy and genuine effort.
Think of it this way, imagine you get up early, brush your teeth, shower, make breakfast, fill your gas tank and battle the rat race to get to work. Only to have your boss tell you as soon as you get there that your shift is cancelled and you have to go home with no pay and they expect you to just be understanding and okay with it because the cancellation couldn't be helped. That wouldn't be right or fair to you now would it? Please take this into consideration.
Therefore, in order for me to book you into my schedule you must secure your spot by paying a deposit. If you've done your research on me and understand that I will not put my reputation and career on the line just to steal a bit of pocket change from you, then you will find that you have nothing to worry about when paying a deposit with me.
Deposit Exemption
The only time to which you are exempt from paying a deposit is if you are a regular who:
Books me consistently and frequently
Have seen me numerous times for more than 2 years and rarely cancels
Pays a cancellation fee without hassle in the rare event that a cancellation does occur
Does not book outcalls (All outcalls require a deposit before I can make my way to you!)
Why are such regulars exempt? It's because they've booked me enough times for me to get to know them. A a result, I have built enough trust in them and I know for certain that they will pay a cancellation fee should they ever have to cancel!
