Cancellation Policy

I try to be as understanding as I can to your situations but far too many times do companions like me get the run around and our time gets horribly taken advantage of! I understand that YOU may not be that kind of guy but for the sake of my lively-hood, I just cannot take that risk. Like any other business, I have cancellation policies in place to protect my time, investments and all efforts put into preparing for our date. Please be respectful and understanding of this!

It isn't fair for me to be expected to take this kind of loss again and again! So, if you must cancel, please let me know right away but be advised that the following policies are in affect.

Local Cancellations (Toronto/GTA)

  1. Cancel with more than 48 hours notice: The deposit is postponable within 15 calendar days from the date of the cancelled encounter. If you do not reschedule within 15 calendar days, then you forfeit the deposit but no cancellation fee is necessary. If you wish to book me again in the future, you must pay a new 50% non-refundable/non-postponable deposit.

  2. Cancel with less than 48 hours notice: You forfeit the deposit and you must also pay the difference for a 50% cancellation fee. If you wish to book me again in the future, you must pay a new 50% non-refundable/non-postponable deposit.

  3. Cancel with less than 24 hours notice: You forfeit the deposit and you must also pay the difference for a 80% cancellation fee. If you wish to book me again in the future, you must pay a new 50% non-refundable/non-postponable deposit.

Things to note

  • Failure to pay a cancellation fee within 24 hours of cancellation will result in being blocked and black listed. Why? Well, because you should have had this rate ready to pay to begin with right?

  • There are only 2 circumstances where I can return your deposit:

    • I cancel on you for reasons that are not your fault

    • You are going through an emergency of some sort and you have proof of emergency. As long as you can show me solid proof that you are enduring a legitimate emergency when you are cancelling (a text, documents, pictures, doctors note, etc.) Your deposit will be returned if your proof of emergency can be soundly classified as such. This is up to my discretion. However, if emergencies seem to be a pattern for you then naturally I will suspect foul play and as such a cancellation fee will be expected.

* Otherwise deposits are non-refundable! *

Tour Cancellations

When I'm on tour, I make investments into flights, trains, ride shares and hotels off the strength of your commitment when you paid a deposit. Therefore, cancellations while I'm on tour are 10x worse than local cancellations! Unless I cancel the date, or you have proof of emergency, your deposit is non-refundable. Please bear in mind the following:

  1. Cancel with more than 72 hours notice: There is no cancellation fee but you forfeit the deposit UNLESS you intend to rebook me while I'm still touring your city. In which case half of your deposit will be held towards the rescheduled date and you must pay the remaining half of your new deposit to secure your new spot in my schedule. This new deposit is not refundable or postponable. If I tour your city again in the future, you must pay a 50% non-refundable/non-postponable deposit.

  2. Cancel with less than 72 hours notice: You forfeit the deposit and must pay the difference for a 50% cancellation fee. If I tour your city again in the future, you must pay a 50% non-refundable/non-postponable deposit.

  3. Cancel with less than 48 hours notice: You forfeit the deposit and must pay the difference for an 100% cancellation fee. If I tour your city again in the future, you must pay a 50% non-refundable/non-postponable deposit.
