Of course screening and deposit is required. I also require a 30% deposit plus additional fees for flight, hotels and ride shares. I accept airline, hotel and ride share gift cards to cover these additional fees.

A train ride might be just the ticket if I'm too close to fly to you but too far for you to make the trip to Toronto yourself without any further reason! The rates below do not include travel expenses for my train or hotel and must be paid up front in addition to a 30% deposit.
